Contractors Registration

Contractors need to register when applying for a permit for the first time.

Provide the contractor registration form provided below & supply a clear copy of license(s) and liability insurance.

Once you have registered, you will need to provide an updated copy of the license & insurance upon expiration & provide any change of information on the registration form as they occur.
