Important Notice: Transition from Supra TRACCess BT to Knox

The Supra TRACCess BT key vault system is being phased out by the manufacturer and will no longer be supported prior to December 31, 2026.

To ensure uninterrupted emergency access for first responders, the Norton Shores Fire Department is transitioning to the Knox® Rapid Access System.

All properties currently required to maintain emergency key access must convert to Knox equipment before the December 31, 2026 deadline.

Important:

• The KLS-3292 Retrofit Door is only functional as a replacement for an existing Supra TRACCess BT door.

• It does not convert other lockbox types.

• If your property does not currently have a key box installed, you must order a complete KnoxBox system.

Fire Marshal Verification Required Before Ordering

All Knox retrofit and new KnoxBox orders must be verified by the Fire Marshal prior to purchase.
