Smoke Alarm Program

  • The Smoke Alarm Program is free to residents of Norton Shores and Roosevelt Park. 
  • The residence must be owner occupied (no rentals or condo units)
  • The program is based on smoke alarm availability. 
  • CO monitors are also available for install.
  • Alarms are 10-year lithium ion battery devices.
  • Hardwired smoke alarms are not included in the Smoke Alarm Program.
  • This program is free, however, donations are welcome and go directly into the Fire Prevention Fund to help fund future community activities.
