City Shares Proposed Plans for Lake Harbor Trail Project

The City has received plans, which are 90% completed, and ready for public viewing. A majority of the trail will be located within the public right-of-way, although there are a few properties where either temporary consent of access will be needed for grading or permanent easement for the trail or structures. Work is scheduled to start in either mid-summer or early fall of 2024. 

A public meeting/open house was held Thursday, March 28, 2024, between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m., at the Norton Shores Branch Library community room, 705 Seminole Road, Norton Shores, MI 49441.
