Julie was appointed to the position of City Treasurer in
April 2024. She previously has worked in local government at the City of
Muskegon Heights, City of Whitehall and the Village of Shelby over the past 12
years. Julie earned her Associate’s degree in Business from Baker College of
Muskegon.
