Chris
Halloran was elected to the position of At-Large Council Member on November 4,
2025. Chris grew up in Roosevelt Park and Norton Shores and is a proud
graduate of Mona Shores schools. After spending time living and working in
several cities outside of Michigan, he and his wife chose to return to Norton
Shores in 2009 to raise their family.
Chris
holds a B.S. from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Western Michigan
University. He brings over 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged
goods industry, currently serving as Director of Sales for Freybe Gourmet
Foods.
An
active community member, Chris has volunteered extensively with youth sports
and nonprofit organizations. He co-led the Mona Shores Youth Wrestling program
for seven years and has served on multiple nonprofit boards.
Chris
and his wife Emily have been married for over 20 years and have four children
currently attending Mona Shores schools.
