Leaf Disposal Sites
The Wood Road Leaf Site will be OPEN for all your leaf and small brush disposal needs.
Here's what you need to know:
Both bagged and loose leaves are welcome.
Small brush (less than 3 inches in diameter) can also be brought in.
Remember, leaves must be bagged in PAPER bags only. Plastic bags will not be accepted.
Ensure all loads being transported are tarped or otherwise secured for safety.
Let's keep Norton Shores beautiful together! 
Both sites (Wood and Ross Park) will be up to the public for the spring season on Saturday, March 21st, 2026.
Reminder: Both leaf sites are for the use of Norton Shores residents only. Please bring your photo identification for proof of residency when utilizing these sites.
2026 Leaf Site Calendar - Opening Day will be March 21, 2026, for both Wood Road and Ross Park leaf sites.
Leaf Site Hours: 11:00AM - 7:00PM
Spring: March 21st - June 7th: both sites open daily.
Summer: Starting June 7th - September 26th, Wood Road site ONLY will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM - 7PM.
Note: These sites are provided for residential use only. Commercial dumping is not permitted. Anyone receiving payment for yard cleanup or landscaping work should make other disposal arrangements.
