To pay property taxes, water/sewer bills, building permit fees and business registrations renewals use the appropriate link below or call, 799-6805, to make a payment over the phone.

You can pay your water/sewer bill and property taxes through automatic debit from your bank account. The City also accepts payment by credit card for any City-related bills.

To make an online payment for the City of Norton Shores, follow these steps:

1. Go to nortonshores.org.

2. Scroll down to the bottom left of the page and click on "Payments Online" under the Residents section.

3. Search for your account using your name or address.

4. Click on your account and create an account if you haven't already.

5. Under "Services" on the left side of the page, select "Online Payments" and choose the bill you want to pay.

6. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Note that a 3% credit card fee and a $3 e-check fee will be charged by the credit card company.
