Records Bureau

The Records Bureau consists of two full-time records clerks who are responsible for maintaining all law enforcement records, including reports, citations, warrants, and subpoenas.  The records division handles phone calls and the front window of the police department.

Our records division is vital to the operation of the Norton Shores Police Department. Additional support in the front office is provided by our Police Cadet program which employs Criminal Justice students interested in starting a career in Policing.
