Records Bureau

The Records Bureau, overseen by Lt. Dan Hibler, is staffed by one Records Supervisor and two Records Clerks. Together, they manage all law enforcement records, including reports, citations, warrants, and subpoenas. The division also responds to phone inquiries and assists the public at the department’s front window.

As a vital part of the Norton Shores Police Department, the Records Bureau ensures the accuracy and accessibility of critical information that supports daily operations. Additional assistance at the front office is provided by our Police Cadet Program, which employs Criminal Justice students preparing for a career in law enforcement.
