Upcoming Elections

Polls will be open from 7a.m. to 8p.m.

Absentee ballots will be mailed out and available in our office 45 days prior to the election.
Campaign signs can be displayed 45 days prior to the election and must be removed within one week after the election.


 The Michigan Voter Information Center is a great place to find detailed information for upcoming elections! This includes previewing what exactly will be on the ballot so you know what to expect before receiving an absentee ballot or heading off to your precinct to vote.

Steps for viewing the ballot:

1. View the "Ballot Preview

2. Enter the Election you wish to preview

3. Enter your County

4. Enter your Jurisdiction

5. Enter you Precinct

6. Click "View the Ballot"

May 5, 2026 Special Election

A Special Election will be held on May 5, 2026 for an Operating Millage Renewal for Grand Haven Public Schools and a Bond Proposal for Muskegon Public Schools.

Due to school district boundaries, this election applies only to voters residing in Precincts 3 and 5.
